Finally, Rico's new look is revealed!

BIO:
A decendent of Miles "Tails" Prower, Rico Sakara Prower is a Starfleet prodigy. At age 11, he and his sister, Rika, joined the Academy, and graduated by the time they both became 15. By age 17, Rico reach the rank of Captain - the youngest in Federation history! For a time, he command a refited Starship Enterprise N.C.C.-1701-E, but after losing the ship in battle, he and his crew were finally given a TimeShip - the U.S.S. Axalon - N.C.T.-21064-X - disbite that Enterprise was rebuilt months later. A member of the Prower family line, Rico lives up to his ancestor's name and reputation. He's extremely intelligent, with an I.Q. of 300, matching that of both Tails and Dr. Eggman. He's also a wiz at computers and mechanics, even though most of the time he's commanding his ship. Like his ancestor, he is kind, gental, and gets along with his entire crew. However, since the Temporal Cold War, and many encounters with E-Vok Robotnik, he's become more war-torn and more serious.
No longer using an omega-morpher, Rico can now stop bullets in their tracks naturally, and can now both fly and run as fast as Mark 4. As both Captain of the Axalon and Speed Leader of Team Sakara, he believes that duty comes before anything else, and will stop at nothing to get the job done. Because Team Sakara exist in the 29th century, many of their missions involved time-travel, as well as monitoring the time continum, and is the meaning of the Temporal Prime Directive. In their travels and adventures, Team Sakara and their crew have enocountered not only Sonic the Hedgehog, Tails Prower, Sally Acorn, and many other famous freedom fighters, but also many famous Starfleet legends, including John Archer, James Kirk, and even Jean-Luc Picard and Kathern Janeway. They've also had many dreaded encounters with Captain Braxton, former Captain of the TimeShip Relativity. As Speed leader, he controls Ice and Water.

For his design, I took another look at *E09ETM's work, and took a close look at Rock's new outfit. The outfit was in the right direction, but I wanted it to be a Star Trek uniform. Rico's first outfit was more Power Ranger SPD-based, this one is exact that of the uniforms from the 29th century - from the Voyager episodes "Future's End" and "Relativity," right down to the quilted pattern on his right arm/chest. I also looked up to the uniform designs for the upcoming Star Trek Online game for ideas.
