After thinking this over, I realize that I'm going to have to spend the money anyways on the new Gaming PC, because, 1.) my current PC is going into it's 5th year, and therefore can die anytime, and I'm not going to wait until that happens and lose my files, because 2.) if I get the new PC now, I can have a 2nd PC to have back-ups of all my files and programs, which is basically why I want this new PC in the first place (having it as a gaming PC is just a bonus). And 3.) I don't want to loose my SSI money. I make over a grand a month with that and it goes into paying for my rent and internet and cable and utilities, and I don't plan on loosing it. And besides, 4.) I worked LONG and HARD for that money, and since I don't have any bills to pay, I feel that I'm in my rights to spend it anyway I see fit.

Also, when you guys commented on me negatively the first time I posted what I'm doing with my money, I got really depressed over it. And I get enough depression in the real world. I DO NOT need it here. K?

So, as much as you guys were just trying to give me advice, truth is DON'T. K? I appreciate your input, but it's not needed this time. Besides, you guys don't know how my life works in the real world. I don't have to pay any bills, I get SSI, and it goes to paying for my life style, so don't bother me about that. OK?

Anyways, as I'm getting my 2nd PC all bought and setup, I'll also be working on my other commissions, so please, for the love of mike, don't make me depressed anymore? Please?

What you do with your money is your problem, no one else. You earned it by working and did your part of the deal.
Therefore, you can do whatever you want with it, even if you would like to burn it. It is your right and no one has
the right to tell you what to pay with it. You are old enough, if they can't deal with that, it is their problem, so
just ignore those jealous bastards.

Dude, I'll tell ya one thing.

To have a working 5-year-old PC in a smartphone-tablet-filled world...

IS ONE HELL OF AN ACHIEVEMENT.

I understand what you mean about the SSI. You can't have too much money or they'll claim you don't need it anymore. Just remember to spend your money wisely.

I will. I'm spending it on my 2nd PC. I need it after all for back-ups, so I think I'll make the right choice.

A five years old pc is already a dinosaur. So buying a new one is not a bad choice. It is even a necessity since your making digital pictures. Be sure to take good care of it though.

I buyed myself a gaming laptop not so long ago and yes it is a lot of money. But man, I love it. I never regreted it. That computer is quality and I see it every time I work with it. And, the computer is my homework tool and pass time. (Studying at University in creation and new media, doing 3d, video, graphic design, and many other things.)

Man, I'm totally feel sorry for you. You earned money fair and square. And now you have to spend more money to buy new PC in order to not lose important data. I can understand you. I have same fear too. My weak PC barely works on me. It's really unstable and what's worse - it works so damn slow now. I think, he's serving 5-6 years for me. I hope, someday in future I'll get either laptop or new PC. Because, I'm kinda tired to work and play on crappy model. I hope, all your problems will be solved pretty soon. And btw, you're not only person with bad luck here. Mine is much worse, trust me. You got my support.

Dude. DON'T flush nearly a grand and a half on a new rig! YOu can get a very decent and powerful enough PC for $600.

(sorry if this sounds like a plug. Just don't wanna see a guy spend too much money)

I bought one of these last Summer and it works great.
