.:RICO SAKARA PROWER REFERENCE 2015

It's been over 8 years, and it's now 2015. I feel it's time Team Sakara got with the time and upgrade their uniforms one again. It took me a month, but I finally got them done, so without further delays, let's start with Rico:

BIO:
A direct descendant of Miles "Tails" Prower, Rico Sakara was born to mobian parents Jack Prower & Yuki Sakara, in the Kingdon of Knothole on the planet Mobius before moving to Earth. Because of his heritage, as well as stories told to him about his ancestor Tails, Rico has had a fascination with mechanics, math & science, and how the world works. With an I.Q. of 200, he joined Starfleet Academy when he was a teenager, and graduated with a degree in Tactics & Sciences at the top of his class when he was only 19.
Due to his knowledge of quantum physics, Rico continued his studies by joining Starfleet's Temporal Integrity Commission, and soon started his first tour of duty as a Lieutenant aboard the TimeShip U.S.S. Relativity (NCV-474439-G), long before Captain Braxton was relieved of duty by his first officer, Lt. Ducane. By the time Ducane was Captain of the Relativity and Rico was Commander, Starfleet promoted Rico to Captain, and gave him the new Wells-Class U.S.S. Axalon (NCV-21064-X) to command.
In their travels and adventures monitoring the space-time continuum, Rico and his crew have encountered not only Sonic the Hedgehog, Tails Prower, Sally Acorn, and other freedom fighters, but also many famous Starfleet legends, including John Archer, James Kirk, and even Jean-Luc Picard & Kathern Janeway, as well as Equestrian legends, like Princess Twilight Sparkle & the rest of the Mane6. They've also had many dreaded encounters with Captain Braxton, former Captain of the Time Ship Relativity, as well as battles with Dr. Eggman's descendant, E-vok Robotnik.
When the Temporal Cold War began in 2871, the original Axalon was destroyed. But lucky for Rico and his crew, the Temporal Integrity Commission was kind enough to commission them a new and improved Mobius-Class U.S.S. Axalon (NCV-921064-X) to command, and join the fight against E-vok, the Sphere Builders, and others in the Temporal Cold War.
As Speed Leader of Team Sakara, Rico's speed is almost as fast as the legendary Sonic's, able to reach speeds just under mach 4. He is also an Elemental - a mortal being gifted to the power to control one of the elements of nature. His elemental power is creating & controlling Water & ice.
Unlike many Time Ship Officers, Rico enjoys 20th century culture, including music, movies & television, as well as video games and comic books. And unlike Capt. Braxton, he doesn't see 20th century folk as "post industrial barbarians."

For their new outfits, I wanted to incorporate Bolero jackets as part of the uniform.
For Rico's, I made his uniform based on two references:

I also gave Team Sakara ceremonial daggers to wear, after seeing the mirror crew on the Enterprise episode, "In the Mirror, Darkly," as well as the optional mirror Enterprise uniforms from Star Trek Online.
